I’ve been enjoying a fascinating time over the last few months, delving into the historic collections held by other institutions. It’s great to play the detective and to use those collections to tell such fascinating stories – you never know where the lines of enquiry will take you! Letters, newspapers and manuscripts all help to document people’s lives and the events surrounding them. Drop me a line if you have a story which needs investigating.
After a spell working at NYCRO on the absorbing and historically significant archive of the Graham Family of Norton Conyers, I’m delighted to be able to offer my skills and expertise on a freelance basis once more. Do get in contact to learn how I can best assist you in maximising the potential of your historic collections and ensuring you can always find that elusive piece of paper!
Sad to be finishing my wonderfully challenging and rewarding time at Mountain Heritage Trust, but excited by pastures new, working on the estate papers of Norton Conyers, which go back to the seventeenth century!
And thanks for visiting the Archive Angel website. I hope you find the information you need, but if not, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Bye for now
